What should I include in an enquiry?
Turbine manufacturer and model, rotor diameter, fleet size, country of installation, and what you need — a monitoring retrofit, an inspection service, or tooling. With those details we can confirm the right model and return a datasheet or a quotation.
How quickly will you reply?
Enquiries are answered within one business day. We work in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic, so you can write in the language you are most comfortable with.
Do you export outside China?
Yes. Equipment ships from China and we support worldwide delivery; Incoterms and lead times are stated in the quotation. Tell us the destination port or site and we will quote accordingly.
Can you support installation and commissioning overseas?
Every system ships with installation drawings and remote commissioning guidance. On-site support can be arranged as part of the project scope — mention it in your enquiry.
Can I visit your facility or see the equipment running?
Yes. We can arrange a factory visit in Beijing or a live remote demonstration of the monitoring interface and inspection workflow.
