Beijing Synergy Energy Technology Co., Ltd. focuses on intelligent monitoring and O&M tools for wind turbines, serving wind-farm safety with an independent, proprietary technology portfolio.
Our Mission
As MW-scale wind turbines move toward taller towers and lighter blades, dynamic clearance safety, aerodynamic rotor imbalance and bolt-preload deviation are becoming increasingly prominent. Synergy Energy is committed to wind O&M robotics, clearance monitoring, radar-vision fusion, wind lidar, intelligent inspection and non-destructive testing to raise the level of automation and intelligence in turbine operation and reduce major safety risks such as tower strikes and collapse.
Technical Capability
Our technology and R&D center runs a complete hardware-software development system. The product portfolio covers:
- Clearance monitoring — video clearance (HZSN-VBTCMS-2000) and radar-vision fused clearance (HZSN-RVBC-3000), 50 Hz real-time output, 98% operating-weather coverage
- Smart O&M — wind lidar (HZSN-LASER-WM400), offline rotor-imbalance inspection (HZSN-ROBD-2000), and internal blade inspection robot (HZBR-60Pro)
- NDT & fastening — 3D total-focus ultrasound imaging (HZSN-PAUD-3DUltra) and smart axial-force wrench (HZSN-IAFW-1000)
Engineering & Delivery
Our products are deployed and operating in multiple wind farms, supporting integration with mainstream OEM turbine controllers over industrial bus protocols including CANopen, Modbus TCP/RTU and Profibus-DP. We deliver end-to-end — from nacelle-side installation and tower network commissioning to substation-level data aggregation.
Certification & Standards
Product design complies with GL Wind certification guidelines for wind turbines, DIN VDE 0113, GB/T 14048, GB/T 2423 environmental testing, GB/T 17626 electromagnetic compatibility, GB 4208 enclosure protection ratings and ISO 9001.
